Troubleshoot Reports

If your campaign results seem incorrect, here are some things to keep in mind.

  • Make sure your ad is active for a minimum of 7 days. Many newsletters send weekly or even monthly, so it may take some time to see results.

  • Don't see conversions? There are two requirements for these stats to populate:

    • The Paved Pixel must be installed on your site.

    • Conversion tracking must be turned ON in the Budget step of the Ad Builder.

  • If you're not getting the results you expected, try the ad optimization tips in the next section.

After your Ad Network campaign is live, it is programmatically displayed in the inboxes of relevant customers and leads.
